Virtual Challenge Overview
This March, take on the York Mind 60-Mile Challenge and make every step count for mental health! Whether you walk, run, or mix it up, the goal is to cover 60 miles throughout the month—your pace, your way.
By striving to meet those miles at whatever pace, you’ll do wonders for your own wellbeing too – physical activity can help relieve stress, build confidence and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.

- A chance to challenge yourself. Whether you're doing something totally different or making a small adjustment to something you do already you can give your mind and body a new combined focus, by challenging yourself for mental health
