Mental Elf is back!
What is Mental Elf?
Mental Elf is our annual fun run which involves plenty of elves, some family-friendly fun, and a 5km run, all in aid of York Mind. By participating in this event, you'll be helping to support the delivery of our vital mental health services in and around York. Click here for more information about our impact.

- Festive theme 5km Fun Run (elf costume recommended!)
- Gazebo with games, music, crafts and a raffle
- Hot drinks provided by Little Yorkshire Coffee Company
