Young People’s Service
If you are a young person aged 12 to 25 experiencing struggles with your emotions or mental health, such as often feeling low, stressed or worried, accessing support can help in a number of ways. It can offer space for you to explore things to work towards better understanding what you are experiencing, help you learn ways of supporting and improving your mental wellbeing, and learn that you do not have to struggle alone.
We offer a range of different support. Currently this includes:

1 to 1 Counselling for people aged 12 to 15

1 to 1 Counselling for people aged 16 to 25

Yorchoice drop in service for 14-21 (up to 25 SEND)
