In November 2023, York Mind hosted their first ever expert led webinar, on the topic of Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace. The webinar acted as a starting point for businesses who would like to learn practical ways to support their staff's mental health and wellbeing. The session got a great reception and was attended by over 60 people from various organisations across York. We plan to continue to expand our webinar offering during 2024 but can only do so with your support.
