MHFA-England

Mental health first aid

Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised, certificated, 2-day course that teaches participants the skills required to feel confident in helping someone experiencing mental health distress. Next public course – 18th and 19th April and 29th and 30th May. We also offer MHFA Refresher (for those who took the original training three or more years ago). The next MHFA Refresher is 26th April 2024.

ASIST

ASIST suicide prevention training

ASIST is a two-day, certificated workshop in suicide first-aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognise when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to secure their immediate safety. Next public course – show 6th and 7th June 2024.

safeTALK

SafeTALK - suicide prevention

safeTALK is an internationally recognised half-day course which helps participants become alert to suicide. Suicide-alert people are better prepared to connect those with thoughts of suicide to appropriate help. The course is certificated.
